Client Consultation

We start by receiving a detailed brief from our clients, discussing the design vision and specific requirements This includes a thorough discussion of materials and fabrication processes to ensure we clearly understand the client’s expectations

Site Visit & Quoting

Our team visits the site to assess the venue’s layout and entrance, ensuring the designs fit smoothly into the space We then provide a detailed financial proposal with estimated costs for the project

Technical Drawings & Fabrication Schedule

Once our financial offer is approved, we provide detailed
technical drawings showing all dimensions and materials.
We also share a fabrication schedule outlining the timing
for each part to ensure efficient project management

Client Approval & Reporting

After receiving approval on the technical drawings we begin the fabrication process. Throughout this phase, we keep our clients informed by sharing daily progress reports and updates

Mockup & Delivery

Once fabrication is complete, we invite the client to review a mockup of the event elements to ensure everything aligns with their vision. Once approved, we move forward with delivering the final components to the site

Installation & Dismantling

Our site engineers and project management teams manage the installation, making sure the schedule is followed and quality standards are maintained After the event we quickly dismantle the setup and hand over the project ensuring a smooth conclusion
